LDBwakeschool is run by professional wakeboarder Lee Debuse and is based at JBski in Chertsey, Surrey. Lee has massively helped my riding progress over the past couple of years and I'm really grateful for all the help and coaching he has given me. Lee uses the newest Super Air Nautique 210 and has one of the best lakes in the UK to wakeboard on. I'm stoked to join LDB's team of riders for 2015.
Extreme Sports Therapy is run by Louise Carr who is based at Core Performance Health Clinic, Bedford and The Hot Gates Crossfit, Kempston. Lou has helped me so much over the last couple of months giving me regular sports massages to help keep my muscles flexible and reducing the strain that wakeboarding puts on my body. Check out Lou's website! http://www.extremesportstherapy.co.uk
Ride Leisure have just recently moved from Grendon Lakes to Wyboston Lakes in Bedfordshire. They run a brand new Super Air Nautique Wakeboard boat and have a whole host of other facilities on site. Their boat kicks up an awesome wake and Wyboston is definitely one of my favourite places to wakeboard!
Box End Park is the first cable wakeboard park I visited and my local park. It's situated in Bedford, UK and has a huge variety of obstacles to ride! Alongside the cable lake there's a boat lake which is separated by a bank to stop the wash. On this lake you will find a Mastercraft X star for wakeboarding and a Ski Nautique for learners and waterskiiers. There's also a lakeside bar and restaurant which is perfect for spectators.
SportsAid is the charity for sports people. They help the next generation of British sporting talent to succeed. Since 1976, when the charity was first established, SportsAid has given financial support and recognition to talented young sportsmen and women when they need it the most – at the start of their journey to international success. I have been helped by Sports Aid for 2 years now and without their support I wouldn't have been able to compete in as many international competitions or train in boat wakeboarding.
